Cylinder construction
WSP13/15 series products are mainly applied to the product platform of light truck models. The platform is suitable for the model displacement of 2 ~ 9L. The platform adopts the modular design and mainly consists of DOC, DPF, mixer and SCR modules. This sealing method has good sealing effect, compact structure and low cost. The heat shield of the product is also a universal mold heat shield independently researched and developed by our company, realizing the universality of the mold of different products with the same carrier diameter and greatly reducing the development cost. The invention patent of this structure has been accepted. The scheme integrates the installation bracket, wiring harness, sensor and urea nozzle, which is conducive to the improvement of the vehicle assembly efficiency. The chassis is installed horizontally.

U-type construction
WSP25/26 series products are 10.5-inch carrier U-type product platform mainly applied to medium and heavy trucks. The platform is suitable for model displacement of 6 ~ 13L. The platform adopts split structure, the upper cylinder is composed of DOC, DPF and mixer module, and the lower cylinder is SCR module. Because of the combination of cylinder packaging, compared with box products have the advantages of high production efficiency. In addition, this structure can be vertically, tilted and horizontally arranged on the whole vehicle, which is more adaptable. The products we have seen so far are mainly used in the post-treatment diesel engine of the highly efficient SCR scheme. The current ammonia mixing efficiency of this product can reach more than 99%.
U-type construction
Box-type construction
WSP26 series products are mainly used in medium heavy truck type 1 box product platform, this platform is suitable for model displacement 6 ~ 9L. The platform adopts the take-out DPF scheme, which can realize the DPF cleaning maintenance without disassembling the assembly. Box-type products have the characteristics of low back pressure, but the overall structure occupies a large space, the production process is complex, high cost, under the condition of controllable back pressure has the trend of gradually replaced by U-type products.

The S-type product is a 10.5-inch carrier platform mainly applied to medium and heavy trucks. The platform is suitable for the model displacement of 6 ~ 9L. The platform uses the connection pipe between DOC/DPF cylinder and SCR cylinder as the mixing channel with sufficient mixing distance. Compared with the box-type products have the advantages of high production efficiency. This structure is usually installed with parallel vehicle girders.
S-type construction
T4 split type
The split product is mainly used for post-processing of off-road diesel T4SCR solutions. The DOC/DPF segment is mounted on the engine, placed in the vehicle engine bay, and the mixer /SCR segment is placed on the external vehicle frame. The platform can meet the requirements of off-road T4 regulations, and the displacement of the applicable models is 4 ~ 9L.The mixer /SCR section uses a black matte shell, which is resistant to 350℃ and can maintain the same appearance as the tractor.
